Mylan Mortgage offers financing throughout the State of Tennessee on land, acreage, primary homes, second homes, investment property homes, and construction loans. Located in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Mylan Mortgage opened in the Spring of 2003 in Sevierville. Kay Ogle, a Sevier County Native, is the Owner and Broker and brings years of banking and mortgage loan experience to her lending expertise. 100% financing is available for Veterans through the Veterans Administration (VA loan). This loan is for the veteran's primary home purchase or refinance. To get started on a VA loan, the veteran needs his/her Certificate of Eligibility and DD-214. (Should the veteran need to order either form or contact the Veterans Administration for other issues, the website address is http://www.va.gov). The next step is applying for a loan. 100% financing is also available for primary home purchases through USDA Rural Development. Good credit, income limits, and location restrictions apply. The name Rural Development does not mean that you must purchase a home in a rural area as homes located within city limits are also available with this type of loan. At the present time, all of Sevier County is eligible for Rural Development home loans. To find out if you qualify for a Rural Development home loan, just contact Mylan Mortgage with your family's total yearly income (before taxes); total number of family members who will be living in the home; and the county that the home is located in. It just takes a few moments to find out if you are eligible for a Rural Development loan. The next step is applying for the loan. A fixed rate mortgage calculator is on this website so that you may figure what amount of monthly payment you may have. Just type in the sales price, down payment, loan amount, interest rate, and the number of years you wish to finance your property. The calculator will then give you an estimate for your monthly payment. This figure is your monthly principal and interest amount. Taxes and insurance, and possibly private mortgage insurance, will need to be added to this monthly payment.
